YOUR MARKETING GUIDE

Make it yours. Then share the link.

1

Complete your professional setup

Use the legal name, company, NMLS identifiers, authorized states and disclosures approved for your advertising. Review your landing page, card and each material before sharing.

2

Choose a homeowner goal

FHA purchase, VA purchase, mortgage refinance and VA refinance are separate audiences. Keep your image, caption, selected platform and landing-page destination consistent.

3

Copy your personal campaign URL

Use your personalized page, not the general hub homepage or a demo URL. Open it yourself and confirm your name, company and contact information.

4

Put the clickable link where it works

For a Facebook Business Page post, include your personal URL in the post text. For an advertisement, paste it into the website / destination URL field and choose an available platform call-to-action such as Learn More. A button printed on artwork is not clickable. Other platforms have different supported link locations and account requirements.

5

Test the consumer journey

Tap the link, confirm your identity on the landing page, and test the inquiry using clearly fictional details. Confirm the correct dashboard receives it. Do not enter real borrower financial records into a marketing form.

6

Follow up about the requested goal

Use the homeowner’s preferred contact method and respond to the question they asked. Keep loan applications and supporting records in the lender’s secure process.

Video walkthroughs

Choose a video and press Play. Use the player’s full-screen button for a closer view. English captions are available, and each video can also be opened separately.

Shared CAMN tutorials use fictional sample campaigns and recorded interfaces. Apply the steps to your own approved campaign and current platform controls; they are not an advertising-compliance approval.
